Robin has co-authored two articles for the ABTL Report that aim to provide practical guidance. In the first article, published in February 2019, Robin and his co-author explain what statements of decision are all about, including why the losing party wants one and the winning party rarely does. In the second article, published in February 2020, Robin and his co-author focus on the strategic decisions and tactical choices counsel must make during preparation of the statement of decision.
