Mr. Kent Richland will present the most important civil cases decided by the California Supreme Court over the past year for the Civil Law Update at the Appellate Judicial Attorneys Institute (AJAI). AJAI is the annual educational meeting of the staff attorneys of the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. Mr. Richland has presented the Civil Law Update at the Appellate Judicial Attorneys Institute annually since 2008.
