GMSR supports DRI—The Voice of the Defense Bar—and is once again co-sponsoring one of the receptions at this year’s annual Civil Rights & Governmental Tort Liability Seminar, in New Orleans, Louisiana, from January 25 to January 27.  GMSR managing partner Timothy Coates, who is on the DRI Governmental Liability steering committee, will present “When & Whether To Appeal: A Guide To Appeals in Section 1983 Cases.” With decades of notable experience in governmental liability and tort issues, GMSR is a leader in representing public entities on appeal.
