GMSR will host a free DRI webinar—approved for California MCLE credit—on making effective use of appellate counsel at trial.  The presentation, “Appellate Counsel at Trial:  Protecting the Record and Putting Your Best Foot Forward,” is geared toward trial and appellate lawyers, as well as litigation managers (in-house counsel and insurance professionals).  Topics will include the advantages of involving appellate counsel early, and how trial and appellate counsel can best coordinate their efforts to cost-effectively achieve the best results for clients.  The webinar, from 4:30 to 5:30 on March 9, will be followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to discuss using appellate counsel at trial with GMSR appellate attorneys Ted Xanders and Jonathan Eisenman.
