GMSR is proud to support and sponsor the 28th annual ACIC General Counsel Seminar in San Diego, California, July 26-28, 2017.  The Association of California Insurance Companies (ACIC) is committed to advocacy on behalf of the California insurance marketplace with the goal of promoting the availability of affordable insurance for California businesses and residents.

GMSR’s Gary Wax and David Hackett will present, “Experts: Can’t Live With Them, Can’t Live Without Them” and will discuss strategies to combat the misuse and overuse of experts in light of the California Supreme Court’s Sargon and Sanchez decisions, as well as other expert testimony issues.
