Kent Richland will be on a panel entitled “The Stern Trilogy: The Future of Article I Courts,” at this year’s American Bar Association 2016 Section Litigation Conference in Chicago, Illinois. The panel will address the impact of the United State Supreme Court’s landmark 2011 case Stern v. Marshall—which Kent argued in 2011—on federal Constitutional law. Appearing on the panel with Kent will be the advocates who argued the two United States Supreme Court cases that followed Stern v. Marshall and answered critical questions raised by the Stern opinion.
