Jonathan Neil & Associates, Inc. v. Jones (2004) 33 Cal.4th 917

The California Supreme Court reversed a $6 million insurance bad faith judgment against GMSR’s client. It held that claims based on the insurance company’s billing practices required exhaustion of primary jurisdiction of Department of Insurance and its regulatory agencies before litigation could be pursued.
