GMSR partner Robert Olson will speak at this year’s Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Conference and discuss special coverage issues presented by the so-called Bermuda Form of combined occurrence/claims-made coverage. He will join other experienced claims professionals and outside counsel who will explain why the form came into use, how it is similar to common forms of liability insurance, and why and how it is dissimilar to common forms in use.
