GMSR is proud to announce that partner Alana Rotter has become a member of the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers (CAAL).  Academy membership is limited to highly experienced and skilled appellate lawyers in California.  To be considered, a candidate must have a minimum of ten years of practice and practice predominantly appellate law.  In addition, the candidate must submit all of the briefing in three appellate matters for rigorous scrutiny by a membership committee, which recommends a decision to the whole membership (excluding lawyers at the applicant’s firm, who are recused).

Alana is the eighth GMSR partner to be admitted to the Academy.
