GMSR is proud to congratulate partner Laurie Hepler on becoming the firm’s second partner selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. FDCC membership is by election only. Nominated attorneys must have achieved professional distinction, and must enjoy the respect of opposing and co-counsel as well as judges before whom they’ve appeared. Election follows a lengthy admissions process that culminates in recommendation to the FDCC Board of Directors.
Founded 75 years ago, FDCC is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship, and professionalism as its members pursue a balanced justice system and represent those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits. Current membership is slightly over 1400, including lawyers from each of the United States as well as Australia, Canada and Europe.
Laurie will join GMSR partner Bob Olson next week in Charleston, South Carolina for the FDCC Winter Meeting, where Bob will be speaking on two panels. For additional information, please click here.
